The water company/water district may ask you to complete a cross-connection survey form. We can complete this form for you. Another form that you may be required to complete would be the annual test report to validate that your backflow prevention device(s) is working properly. When we test your backflow device assembly, we will complete the Backflow Assembly Test Report on your behalf. We will forward this test report to the appropriate reporting agency for you. Additionally, we will provide you with a copy of the report.
For any of the work that you request to have completed, we will provide an estimate of the cost and time involved for the service required. Upon your approval, we will schedule an appointment time to perform and complete the work.
