In accordance with the State of West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Bureau for Public Health, Under Title 64 Legislative Rule, Series 15, Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention regulations, the backflow device must be tested on a routine (annual) basis to ensure that it is working properly. A qualified backflow device tester must perform the test. If the device is not working properly, it must be repaired or replaced and then re-tested.

Backflow testing, performed by a certified backflow tester, helps to ensure that the backflow device is working correctly, thus protecting our families, friends and communities. American Backflow Solutions is certified as a qualified backflow tester by both the State of West Virginia Bureau of Public Health and by ASSE (American Society of Sanitary Engineering).
